I have known my colleague Rahul for the past ten years and he is definitely a very fit and athletic individual who is an avid footballer. Rahul is a 32-year-old man, 6 foot 2 inches with broad shoulders and a muscular body. His legs are particularly strong from playing lots of football throughout his life; he has massive quads, hamstrings, and calves.  As far as I know, Rahul has been playing football since his early youth, currently, he has been playing in a men’s league and for the company team. He plays in the striker position and he commonly scores one or two goals each game. In addition, he has told me that he goes jogging regularly three to four times a week, 10km each time and he hits the gym in the evenings for an hour workout. I would say that Rahul is a very energetic individual and a hard worker. Aside from his athletics, he has two children and he is also working on building his own business as a local football coach and trainer. In addition, he is very polite, he always meets and greets people with a smile, and the other day, I saw him in the parking lot of our office building helping another colleague change their car tire. (*CHECK MY NOTES AND THE CARD) I think that playing football has had a very positive impact on Rahul’s life, he is successful, happy, and stress-free. I have never seen Rahul get upset at work, and it seems that he is truly enjoying each moment of every day. I think very highly of Rahul, and I look up to him for motivation. In fact, I have started going on runs because I can see the benefits each day by working with Rahul.
