Dear Head Teacher,

I hope you are well. I am writing to express my keen interest in volunteering for the upcoming open day at Washington Elementary. As a parent of Samantha Bowden, who attends year 5, I am enthusiastic about contributing to the success of this event.

Having a background in event management, I am confident in my ability to assist in organizing and coordinating various activities on the day. I am particularly interested in helping with the setup and management of the welcome booth, as well as guiding tours for prospective parents and students around the campus.

Could you please inform me about the specific areas where you still need help? Additionally, I would like to know the expected number of attendees and if there is a particular theme or a dress code for the volunteers.
