Course book #1&#2+Student Workbook

I bought on 17th of April the General IELTS online course, but I can’t have acces to course book #1, course book #2, and Student Workbook.
Please help me, beceause either the pasword you sent me is wrong but, either the message I get when I download one of these learning books is “The file hasn’t been uploaded”…
I sent you an email regarding this problem, but you didn’t asnwer untill now…

PS I copied the pasword you sent me after buying the course, but it doesen’t work…

Hi Maier, The password to open the PDF files is the email you used to register your account. Just enter your email into the password field and the PDF will open. If you have problems, send me an email to [email protected] and I will assist you further.
