    which tense to use while writing lessons.
    and in letter how many body paragraphs should be there

    I am not getting where to put commas in writing.Could you please explain Sir.And if you can provide some link to refer it would be beneficial to me.

    You should use present tense as much as possible in Task 1 and 2 writing.
