    Please help me I am GIELTS premium member and I cannot enter the members’ chat on the youtube!

    It says: Members-only mode is on
    However, I have paid for my membership, I cannot enter the chat. Please help!

    Hi Rani, The members-chat on YouTube is a different system that is controlled by Google/YouTube. To become a member of our YouTube channel you need to click the ‘Join’ button, next to the ‘Subscribe’ button on the channel page. If you have more questions on this, please send an email by clicking the ‘Contact’ button in your My Student Account.
